Everyone should make a will to ensure that if the unforseen happens, their property does not go to someone they would not choose - for example, the taxman.

"Do-it-yourself" will kits do not allow for your unique personal circumstances. Probate Law is complex. Our personal feedback and guidance during preparation prevents potentially expensive mistakes.

Our fee for drafting a will starts at just £50 plus VAT. We will take your detailed instructions either personally or on 'pro forma' and then send you a draft for approval or amendment. Once agreed, the final draft ('the engrossment') is prepared. We will then invite you to the office to sign and attest the will, or send you the correct written procedure for attesting the will at home if you prefer.

We also offer our services as professional executors, or to assist your personal executors in obtaining the probate grant and 'calling in' and distributing the estate.

We can also advise on Inheritance Tax and estate planning. You will find our fees very competitive.
